Workshopping on the Bayou
I love New Orleans. There, I said it. It’s one of my favorite places. I love the food, I love the jazz and most of all, I love the people. So when given the chance to come teach there, I needed no arm twisting!

I think I’ve said that I’m lucky. I have amazing friends that are creative and inspiring and wonderful teachers. Sometimes, I get the wonderful honor to co-teach with these amazing friends. My workshop in Holland was one of those times.
Stitches South and SWAY Festival- Vacation Wrapped up in Shows!
These last few weeks have been a whirlwind of color and fiber and driving and oysters. It was all so much fun, it made all the months of work prepping and the hard work it takes to do a huge show.. but it’s all worth it. Especially when you get a vacation included.
New Workshops Booked- Stitches South, NOLA and Back to Holland!
I’m so excited because this has been a very busy week for booking workshops! I have a bunch of new things on the calender that I’m very excited about!
Art Yarn Spinning Airs on Craft Corner, WLOS ABC 13 Asheville!
I’m so excited because my first segment that I filmed for AB 13 WLOS Asheville aired today! I am SO happy with how it turned out! As the first one filmed you can’t even tell I’m nervous!
Hit the High Seas on the Fantasy Fiber Cruise!
YES, it’s for REAL! We’re heading out to SEA this Summer on a Fantasy Fiber Cruise! There are knitting cruises, spinning cruises, felting cruises. but never one that’s everything together- until NOW!
