We always have a great time at SAFF in Asheville! This year was no different- in fact it was even BETTER than usual since we were joined by friends from Picasso’s Moon Yarn Shop and Carolina Fiber Company
We had so much fun with Deb and Mary from Flordia and Renee from Chicago. Deb is the mastermind behind Picasso’s Moon in Sarasota and she brought some amazing boutique items.. one of a kind wearable art knits, boot toppers, owls. It brought the booth to another level of amazing. We had color, and style.. sparkle and sass. There were ladies spinning all weekend and we were stalking fleeces as they went into the show! We had worn a trail into the show by the time it was over. I got lincoln, islandic, alpaca, bfl/cormo.. and that’s just the last day! I am so appreciative to the ladies hanging out and helping at the booth while I taught classes. And such great classes I had! It’s so fantastic to see everyone carding and corespinning away by the end of the workshops!

Of course we loved our annual Post load out dinner with Otto and Joanne Strauch at Tupelo Honey. This year we were joined by Deb and the girls from Flordia, Stephanie Stratton from Lundabud Knits and Renee from Carolina Fiber Company! It was quite the group!Can’t wait until next year.. there will be an entire new group of folks to break in! Our booth is paid for.. same place in front of the fleece show!
